Is Pawtrait open for personalized orders?

Not yet. Personalized fulfillment and customization checkout are currently being prepared, so customers cannot submit an order or upload a pet photo through the storefront.

What is the first Pawtrait product?

The first planned Pawtrait product is an 11 oz glossy ceramic mug, offered in white or black. It is not available to purchase yet.

How long will delivery take when orders open?

Once personalized fulfillment opens, the expected delivery window is 3–7 days. We will share final timing as ordering becomes available.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are final sale because they are made for a specific pet. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, Pawtrait will replace it.
